As usual, the location is one of the main reason why we stay at this hotel again and again. However we changed two rooms during this stay, first room due to short circuit and second room due to a big grasshopper inside our room. We are feeling a lack of maintenance from this recent stay and things are not getting up to our expectation anymore.

I have bad experience in this hotel. Pertama, saya ada 7 bilik which 3 rooms at 2nd floor, 1st floor & 4 rooms at 4th floor. Semua bilik dpt tuala yang lama dan warna yang kekuningan. Lantai hotel juga sangat kotor sehinggakan kaki Anak kami Jadi hitam. Bila lantai kotor salah seorang our group member bersihkan lantai menggunakan tuala yang ada di tandas. Ketika cek out staff front counter sangat tidak friendly, siap buat muka tahan deposit sebab tuala tersebut kotor. My flight was early flight so kami Tidak Boleh tunggu housekeeper untuk tolong cuci so end up saya bagitau ‘it’s okay’ sebab malas mahu bergaduh dengan staff yang langsung tidak membantu

Secara keseluruhan, menginap di prince hotel menjanjikan percutian yang baik juga… cuma pihak hotel perlu menyediakan tempat parking yang khas untuk para pelanggan.. selebihnya amat berpuas hati👍
